How to play with Quercetti Pallino

1. Tip the toy upside-down and quickly turn back first so that the coloured balls goes to the top.
2. Shake if necessary to make a coloured ball "wait" at the start point. The start point is on the right side, above the exit button.
3. Look for the column that corresponds to the colour of the "waiting" ball.
4. Press the button of the column and hold it.
5. Tap the Enter button while holding the button chosen above.
6. The "waiting" ball should move leftwards and fall into the chosen column.

NOTE:

This is a mechanical toy. Sometimes, the ball misbehaves or may be stuck. It shouldn't matter that much. It is still a lot of fun!

The Marble-run vs the Skyrail. Choosing the right marble track toy for kids.

What is the difference between Migoga marble run and Skyrail?

The "Migoga" series from Quercetti is a range of marble run toys for children. Each is a box set of varying pieces and design. The larger sets comes with more pieces, and are packaged with some distinct parts for attaining different marble-running effects. The parts are wheels, gravity-pull plates and curves and so on.

The "Skyrail" from Quercetti is almost like any marble run toy, except for 2 main differences. First, the "tracks" of Skyrail are flat and malleable. Then, the tracks are upheld by the tower structures to be raised upwards. 

 

Migoga is made so that the tracks are already made with a fixed "incline" or rather "decline" as it will normally work. The track pieces are interconnected so that the marbles will always tend to roll down.

However, in the Skyrail, the tracks are just flat. Any declination of the whole layout has to be built by choice. This is where the test of mental planning, an instinct for gravity will be exercised. Skyrail is very appealing once the player discovers the natural phenomena of "momentum" - the marbles can be coaxed to roll down and than even up, as gravity and kinetic energy does the job.

The Skyrail produces a "roller coaster" like outcome with a little exploration.

Some of our customers have compared Quercetti Skyrail with alternatives that use metal tracks. Their conclusion was the rigid metal tracks are not the ideal parts because the "roller coaster" effect, which is the point of such toys are unattainable. In fact, Quercetti's Skyrail plastic tracks are simply just right for the purpose.
